Q: What is C4RJ doing to change the justice system? A: We are working within the system to involve more of Washington's citizens in the development of responsible justice. Our members also want to ensure that those who have been found guilty of crimes, accepted responsibility for their crimes, and served sentences for the crimes they have committed, return to society and become law abiding, tax paying citizens who do not reoffend.
